As a mother of a child with celiac disease and the founder of an international gluten-free manufacturing company, I understand firsthand the challenges of finding nutritious and delicious food.

In today's world, where food allergies and autoimmune conditions affect more families and restaurants than ever, my mission is to provide education, solutions, and support.

I hold a diploma from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Paris, where I studied gastronomy, nutrition, food sciences, trends, and sustainability. This fusion of culinary artistry and nutritional science creates the perfect balance of food as medicine. I’m especially passionate about gluten-free and plant-based foods, showing people that eating clean can also mean eating joyfully. Whether you’re a parent navigating food allergies or someone trying to feel better - this space is for you.

My wellness journey began over twenty years ago. After struggling to find nutritious cereals that didn't taste bland, I started creating my own recipes. While training for triathlons, l experimented with an anti-inflammatory diet free of gluten, and refined sugar led me to launch an organic, vegan, gluten-free cereal company. Over the years, I've been honored to hear countless stories from customers and friends who have experienced significant health breakthroughs. True wellness comes from a holistic approach by improving gut health, reducing inflammation, strengthening the immune system.

Inspired by time spent in Sardinia and Costa Rica, I observed how Blue Zone centenarians live and eat, leading to my book on longevity.

My mission is simple: to educate, mentor, and empower individuals and businesses alike. Helping them go from surviving to thriving with the right tools for optimal health.
